Terms of service

Hyprr ("we", "us") is run by MAJKART SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, D119 Ansa Industrial Estate, India. These terms cover the Hyprr apps, hyprr.ai and Hyprr Studio (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use the Service. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

Prices, delivery and return details are shown before you pay. Products are sold by the sellers listed on them unless we say otherwise, and sellers are responsible for what they sell and how they describe it. If something goes wrong with an order, contact support and we'll help sort it out.

You keep ownership of everything you post or upload. By posting it on Hyprr, you let us host, show and share it within the Service so people can watch it and shop from it. You can remove your posts at any time.

If you connect your Instagram account, we use it to confirm the account is yours and to show you your own reels so you can choose which to post. When we ask to feature reels you've already posted on Instagram, the specific terms you agree to for those reels apply, and you can withdraw that permission from the same link.

Only post content you own or have the right to share, and nothing illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.

Don't misuse the Service: no spam, scraping, fraud, harassment, impersonation, attempts to break or overload it, or using it to break the law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

If you think something on Hyprr uses your content without permission, or breaks these terms, use the takedown form or contact support. We take it down while we look into it.

You can stop using Hyprr at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

We work hard to keep Hyprr running well, but the Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms; if the changes matter, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
